Beautiful new space with a really yummy menu. The kids meal was great, finally someone doing a kids meal that is not just deep fried.
The music selection was a bit off for our liking but appreciate everyone has different taste.
Staff were friendly, smiley and happy to help.

Great meal at the Aussie. Good enough selection of gluten free items.
Partner said the schnitzel was amazing. Roast lamb was delicious but could do with more gravy.

Have been going to Aussie for many years. Never had a bad meal and staff have been excellent. Visited last week. Had booked. Arrived and had someone with a frame and we asked if we could sit inside (previously booked) Person was not impressed with asking and advised us that she wasn't sure. She was peeved as she had to set the table (only needed to give knife and fork) but that was too much. The younger staff were very helpful. Then we ordered the meal and this took 1 hour. While we were waiting the food bell only rang once so meals were being sent out. Our meals arrived which were schnitzels You could see the oil sitting on the top and on this was rock salt Not just a small amount but large pile. The garlic prawns had no garlic in it. The prawns had no taste. We were going to complain but it was so late waiting another hour ( no thanks) Have always recommended people to this hotel including overseas people but, not now. Very disappointed

We sat outside, a really nice play area for the kids.
We ordered schnitzels. They were really nice, but there was far too much salt on the chips. My husband could not eat his due to this. Hence why the 4 stars.
Apart from that it was a nice lunch.

Reno looks amazing, staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating as we had our little one with us. Food was delicious - partner raved about his steak. Given it was such a hot night and quite busy we were very impressed - every staff member had a smile on their face - really refreshing to see.
