We arrived at 6pm and had ordered our meals by 6,30. We didn't receive our main meals until after 8pm. We watched other tables being served that arrived after us. We still waited for over an hour for our main meals. Plus one of the chicken meals was under cooked. Not a good experience.

Our waitress Natasha was amazing despite management (Amy) trying to throw her under the bus for having to wait so long.

We waited over an hour for our food and when it arrived the chicken was undercooked. On the other meal, the salad was dry with no dressing.

Management ended up comping our meal but we still left very disappointed in the overall service.

Visited the venue as a member with my daughter and wife last night , we had been booked into 1 of the booths at the new restaurant until the pommy lady said no and made the lady chane our table to a small square table , absolutely no room she insisted on putting water on the table and pouring it and I had said we do no to want the water , if you order a drink in the restaurant get up and go to the other bar outside the restaurant if your thirsty after waiting 15 mins for a pint 2 times and having to ask where it was not very good service probably stop walking around thinking it\'s a 5 star restaurant when it\'s just a club , Jenny was very nice and had served us previously, but the women walking around in black thinking they are fantastic talking with toffes in there noise have no idea , this clubs going backwards regarding food , the 300g scotch fillet is not worth 50+ $$ either should be for that quality , very disappointing where this place is heading

I've deleted my previous review as it's been 8 months since I've been here and we've come in to check it out again.
Leo, in gaming is a great asset to your team. So friendly and helpful, can't say the same about the older ladies running drinks but the cashier in the gaming room was very helpful and friendly too.
Food has come out fast and fresh but highlight would be the entertainment tonight ...... not too loud not too soft and a great selection.

We will come back again.

I have been a few times, love the revamp and gaming room. Service in those areas are always lovely and kind.
loved the musician last time (Videos and photos) can be a great vibe. Great for a Drink and hang.

The Mill Restaurant I was excited and went yesterday to try but was very disappointed. Love they came to the table. Service was standard and unfortunately the Eye fillet was Chewy and not correct at all. Overdone. Not nice at all the family couldn\'t enjoy it. The Salad was okay and chips were perfect otherwise. Don\'t get much gravy.

Otherwise I might try the restaurant again.
