I ordered the vege burger without cheese to make it vegan witu some curly fries on the side. They had a vegan friendly sav blanc too - Neds brand.
The burger was really tasty, as was the wine.
If we visit the area again, we'll be back for sure

This pub is a Coromandel icon, steeped in history and the centre of legendary tales. The walls a testament to bygone days of glory with pig hunting, forestry and commerce. The staff went above and beyond for our group with a shuttle to and from our local accommodation, kept the pot belly stoked and noticed when I had to go outside for a phone call and promptly came and turned the outside heater on for me. So sweet! The meals were sublime.

It is a classic. Remarkable interior decorations. Antiques there are amazing. But the only downside I see is their washroom. Else this would have been a 5 star rating. I think it would have been better if they could upgrade men's toilet with urinal pots. Leave that behind. Outdoor seating available. It will give u a way better feeling of a classic looking restaurant/pub. You would love the decorations and the arrangements. I was pretty impressed with those and the setting. Customer service was good from the girl at the cashier. Literally she was the only one I had to deal mainly. But staff seemed to be nice. Would not hesitate to visit again if I pass by. Food was nice too. Unfortunately, on my day of visit (03/Apr/2022), they had run out of fish. So, I had to go for a second choice.
