Stumbled across this pub when walking down chapel street. schooners all day caught my eye. Thought I'd stopped in for 1 but with the great atmosphere and friendly staffs. Let's just say, I had more than one. My partner was in disbelief that wines special was all day too. Definitely a certainly we will be back! What a bang for your buck

Decent place, staff is super friendly and always ready to help, Addi makes a seriously good coffee Always spot on.

Happy hour 4-6pm lovely staff. Expect the unexpected and you\'ll be ok.

Draft beer lines uncleaned, tainted w bacteria and manager gaslit me lmao

Got the Stone and Wood Pacific Ale, and it tasted VERY off. Traded it in for another beer, and when I suggested the line for it was contaminated, the manager insisted he cleans the lines \"every day\".

So I was like ok, maybe it\'s been awhile since I\'ve had this beer, but it tasted like a straight sour (it\'s not a sour beer). Went to another bar a few blocks down right after for the same beer and it tasted like I remembered, and not sour at all.

And apparently most reputable bars clean the lines weekly or every two weeks, so this guy was just an egregious liar hahaha

Really shyte establishment. Bars got top shelf and all and was rudely replied to when I asked what syrups they had being told we don't do cocktails. So a vodka in a tall glass is with ice then 😂
Top shelf atmosphere with houso service and attitude thicker than a drag queens day after makeup.
On a public holiday if I'm paying a 12% surcharge I'm definitely going to get a drink that's of substance. Mose well have gone to liquor land.
