The lady too busy doing her admin with an other man at the counter didn't acknowlege me and answer my very simple question about if they will show some soccer games or not.
A total ignorance situation and she even laughed at me when i txs her for this.
Food was same rate.
If hospitality, people, and being pleasant is not your field maybe you can change this.

Some staff at this place are rude and obnoxious, they should not be working in hospitality, they put out the vibe that you are an annoyance being at their venue.

I got boba from here. The boba tasted nice, but it was a bit over priced. However the staff were really friendly. Overall a good experience, and I would recommend.

I have nothing positive to say about our experience. The service was poor, the food was cold, and my main meal arrived 30 -mins after the rest of my family had eaten. There are far better places to eat in Orewa. These guys have no idea about hospitality - this was not hospitality.
