Coming from SA where a Beef Parmy are a staple they were good enough to make up the QLD version of a crumbed steak with parmy topping, and it was great too 😀

Nice enough atmosphere. We were all overcharged for our food, compared to the price given us on the menu.

Heritage style hotel with a nice dining room and modern menu. The drinks were cold, the food was hot and tasty and the service was friendly. Highly recommended for lunch, and they have a great breakfast menu on weekends as well.

We held a 100th birthday party in the function room yesterday. The staff could not do enough for us. The room was presented beautifully it is stylish for its era and the pub lives up to its name the "GRAND". The kitchen staff catered for approximately 60 guests with large platters of fresh sandwiches, mini burgers fresh fruit and cheese platters, trays of wraps, tea coffee all presented beautifully and everyone commented on how lovely the food was. The bar staff were kept busy with the thirsty group even if most of the guests were oldies. We all had a fabulous 4 hours celebration with my mum the Centurion. Well done all at The Grand you did a fabulous job, made us all welcome with your professional service. Loved it 🎉🥰 THANKYOU

Interesting, this was our second time at the grand, first time meals were lovely. This time we were at a catered event, you could tell the food was purchased from the IGA across the road, all cold foods. The deserts were thawed way too early leaving everything a soggy mess. The catering for functions needs a review it was quite sad.
