Female Irish staff member with short hair was extremely judgemental and rude. She has 0 customer service skills and her attitude was off the scales from the second we walked in. She looked us up and down in disgust when we asked her to put a birthday cake in the fridge.

Comfortable, affordable accommodation. Staff were very attentive. Building needs an upgrade as is in dismal condition. However, pool was clean, food right next door at the pub was delicious. Overall an ok overnight stay if passing through. Bay right opposite aswell - on the coastline.

During our stay at the hotel we had dinner and drinks at the pub that night. Food was really good and at a good price. Customer service was phenomenal from a young lady behind the sports bar and quick reactions to serve customers. Would highly recommend as our family had a ball during our stay.

Not too appealing from the outside but we sat in the beer garden with a nice view of the sea. The food was great, our friend is celiac and they had a great choice of gluten free for her, which is a nice change.
I didn\'t give 5 stars only beacause the decor could be updated but 5 stars for the food, choice of food and very reasonable pricing.

absolutely discusted with the treatment myself and my aboriginal girl friend received tonight from the younger lady the one with red hair she asked for our ID perfectly fine then went on to say that she couldn\'t really tell if my girlfriend was really her because all of them all looked the same! who\'s them I asked and she said the colored ones what absolute filth I come in regularly meal a drink and play on the pokies have always loved the atmosphere especially the newer staff that started in the last few month\'s this absolutely delightful friendly smile on face got to know as humans this us unacceptable this young girl should not be in hospitality
