A large group of us dined here this evening. We enjoyed a very satisfying meal of roast pork or whitebait fritters. Deserts were blueberry cheesecake and sticky date pudding. Service was excellent ??'?

This restaurant offers an excellent variety of delicious food, outstanding service, and a pleasant atmosphere. Although the decor and aroma suggest a slightly outdated ambiance, the food and service surpass those at the Last Resort, where we were lodging. We were thrilled to discover this place and returned multiple times to savor every meal and delightful experience. I strongly recommend dining here.

Wondered here from the local campground and loved the whole experience - from the old nostalgic decor, to the awesome service. And then there's the food! We had fish and chips and wedges, with sticky date for dessert and every bite was delicious.
If we ever find ourselves in this part of the Buller region again we'll pop in for sure.
