Ripped me off sold me a drink then 2mins later hadn't even taken a sip from my bottle told me I had to leave because I was too intoxicated... I asked for my money back because I had only just purchased my drink and then got asked to leave .... I think that wasn't fair why sell me a drink which cost me alot of money then ask me to leave because I was too lntoxicated ???"

This review is base at a event that was held at this bar on the 21st April 23 .. It was a great night but the only thing that was spoiled was a male bartender that served my cousin. He had over charged her by dollars I know your thinking is not really something to complain about, but he had served us the same drinks that I ordered earlier and was charged . I had a Malibu and pineapple cocktail while the other cocktails were vodka and Redbull. I was charged and my cousin was charge and the drink that he had done for my cousin was two vodka and Redbull and my cocktail was just a glass full of pineapple juice. I tasted my drink and you straightaway that the drink was just a glass full of pineapple. I tasted it twice. I knew something was wrong when I took it back to the guy, because I had asked my cousin who had served her, she showed me the bartender, and so I told him, she had ordered two redbull with vodka and one Malibu with pineapple and that he had only served my cocktail with just pineapple juice.. well I told him to try my drink to see if I am wrong he totally ignored me and kept serving others. At this point. I found his attitude extremely rude, so I'd ask the other bartender, who's name is Bella and told her the problem and to try the drink if I was wrong and she confirmed that it was just juice so I am grateful for her and making my night better than that guy that served my cousin .. so if ever ur in this bar and order drinks make sure it's Bella that does ur order bcoz she was great .

Waited over an hour for our meals and there were only three tables eating. First they informed us we had to have fries instead of the mash and then we were told only one lamb shank was available instead of the two we wanted. Why keep it on the menu if you're not going to have enough? Chef was incredibly slow and the place's only redeeming quality was the wait staff, who were both friendly and seemed apologetic at the length of time our family of 5 had to wait.
Booked in at 7 and our meals didn't come out of the kitchen until 8:10pm.
I've waited far less time in a far busier restaurant.

We were in Hamilton from New Plymouth and decided to come to Finns for dinner...absolutely amazing food and outstanding service from everyone that served us...thank you so much Bella, you are beautiful. Can't wait to come back??'?
