We had just finish work on Friday night and was hungry so I ate pizza at Amalfi Pizza .I brought the left over pizza for my husband to eat at approximately 11.40pm.I was told by the security guard that I wasn\'t allowed to eat inside the pokies venue. That was fine by me. My husband went outside to the smoking area to eat. The security guard said you\'re not allowed to eat there. I went to inform my husband and as I was going inside the security guard snatched the pizza box from my husband and verbally abuse us.This is poor customer service. We will NEVER come back again. I guess I will sell my Dan Murphy shares because I do not support a company with this type of customer service.

I was there Saturday 29/11/25 I was playing pokies I was collecting ticket from machine the machine under payed me and the screen went black. Staff told me to leave phone number and the would phone the next day to resolve issue,12 hours later I am still waiting. Why the could no look at the problem when it happened i do not know. You are happy for people to loose money but not so keen to pay out. I can't wait for your reply.

The only problem is the Toilets they smell every time l go there & it\'s something they can afford to put some type of spray that can ho of to make the air not so stinky all the time.pls do something about it otherwise l will be taking it further to health inspections. Stopped in here for a few drinks and lunch when my friend from Queensland was visiting last week. The prices here were very reasonable, unlike some other pubs that I've been to recently which had crazy expensive prices.
The staff were also friendly and the place was clean.

Hadn't been for a long time, renovation presented well beer was cold and tasted good from the taps, probably need a Saturday special price as over 8bucks a schooners is a bit rich
