Review of the Tavern.
If you're after a decent feed and a cold drink with a view, this is a good spot. Away from the main tourist area so I get the feeling a lot of local go here for a meal.

Simple put menu at reasonable prices. The beer is cold. That's it. Don't expect anything fancy.

Rooms are great view is perfect. Food is good old school pub food drinks are reasonable. Would definitely come back.

This accommodation is stand-alone from the Tavern. It is an extremely quiet area with virtually no traffic after dark.

The unit was built in the 80s and is a bit dated but very comfortable. It could use a bit of a makeover but has a well equipped kitchen with full fridge, full stove and oven, microwave, and many other appliances. There were lots of supplies for cleaning and the like.

It could use a smart tv and a little extra heating at this time of year.

The Tavern has very good pub style food and a fairly wide-ranging menu. Service for food and drinks was excellent.

The wonderful Vicki is a very welcoming host. Vicki has a very standing sense of good service and is very obliging.

Location of the Regatta Point Tavern - hotel could not be any closer the West Coast Wilderness Railway, across the road.

Overall, I would happily return and stay with the Regatta Point.

Hate leaving a bad review. Went to this pub on lots of recommendations both verbally and internet based for them to tell us no food tonight the chefs having a night off... please put a sign out the front....
