Huge portions which is most definitely what a lot of people around here want.
Decent menu with lots of options. Service was initially hurried and then a bit slack but the staff were nice.
Food was OK, pork belly was overcooked, lamb shank was tender and mussels so so. Stella has one clear competitor in Whanganui food wise and they are consistently better.
I definitely do recommend the Monday steak and Wednesday ribs nights however as they are great value for money

I was in few weeks ago with my 13 year old daughter. Food wasn't that great. One of the Indian men working was flirting with my daughter from afar. I caught him licking his lips at her. The food was bad compared to when we first went there a while back. The atmosphere was uncomfortable.

Great food at an affordable price staff very friendly. Took my mother here on mother's Day and didn't think to book. The staff member was great and made a space to accommodate us for a meal which we both very much enjoyed.

I ordered a steak which was really thin????
Overall not impressed at all for the price. Salad was pitiful.
Go across the bridge to Cobb and Co.
Way cheaper and their steak, salad, chips and eggs so much nicer.

We had a party of 7,so tables were moved together to accommodate us. Unfortunately the tables were not the same height, some of us had to juggle our plates on the mismatched tables.
The steaks were delicious, very tender. The meal was difficult to eat as we were given oversized knives, with serrations too big to use.
