We love the Co-op, however at this booking (11.30am for lunch), it took more than half an hour for our orders to be taken, and only then because we asked to order. It then took another 50 minutes for the first of our meals to start coming out, so after 1pm by the time we were all eating. Far too long to wait, especially with young children in our group!

Quick, efficient service by friendly staff. Food was well presented, tasted great, with generous portions. It's pleasantly delightful, much better than my last visit late 2022.

Visited on a Wednesday night, the special burger and fries for is a really neat idea. Two of us ordered the Southern Chicken burger and it did not disappoint.
Entrees we ordered were fries, squid and boneless chicken pieces, Korean flavour. The chicken pieces are great and were loved by most of our party.
Great service and welcoming staff. They also were helpful to our various requests.

The food and general vibe is always low key and easy going. Kids enjoy it here, It's what keeps us coming back. The service though is generally not great and sub par. You wait forever for waitstaff to serve you. Specially once you have your food, getting drinks / dessert after the main course is served is almost impossible. We generally have to walk up to the bar to try to find someone.
An important note. It seems that the Sunday afternoon menu is limited. Or it was when we went. We were only able to order a few pub style menu items. We were not told of this at the time we reserved our table. We took guests, and we were very disappointed

Came to the co-op for a nice family outing, they took 10mins to order our drink which is normal for a busy restaurant. By then our table of 6 all ordered with our drinks and food, after 15 minutes our drinks come out which is a bit long since they were all on tap, but again it was busy so that's ok. Then all of the food comes out except for my pizza, after another 10 minutes we ask and say that they will go and speed things up a bit a.k.a they forgot about it, 15 minutes later the pizza comes out burning hot which is better than cold. But in the end they ended up giving me it for free. The pizza was nice though and the staff were kind, we sat on a round table in the corner and the problem is that every time someone opened the door the wind blew strait through and was a bit cold. We also ordered steak which we asked for medium rare, they all came out well done. But overall still a nice local place to go.
