Lovely hotel, great entrance, inside looks great, seating in and out, bar nicely displayed. The food tasted good, menu great variety.

Absolutely delicious food. We love the bruschetta and all the main meals.
The staff are and management were so polite and welcoming.
Ash the manager of the hotel/pub came over and checked we were enjoying our meals which was refreshing to see a hands on manager.
Will definitely be a regular here for lunch and very eager to come and have dinner.

Been coming to this amazing pub since 4 months ago, my favourite are Chicken Parmi, Garlic Bread, the Burger and their wedges! The staff are very friendly and amazing service as always! Definitely my go to place in Mareeba.

We were passing through Mareeba and only staying 1 night and this place was recommended to us from a local. We had a pork ribs and a lamb shank and both dishes were excellent! Both slow cooked to fall off the bone softness, and the sides were good too. The meals are quite big so we couldn't fit in dessert, and the service was very friendly. Highly recommended!
On Monday through Thursday, Gateway Hotel is open from 10 AM to midnight. On Friday, and Saturday, Gateway Hotel is open from 10 AM until 2 AM the following morning. On Sunday, Gateway Hotel is open from 11 AM to midnight.
