I had the 200g rump steak, salad n chips. Best chips! Great salad! Medium rare steak was a bit more rare but still excellent for the price. Staff are lovely, Atmosphere nice. Country friendly. First visit and I'll be back. Highly recommend.

Second time going to the Walloon hotel, we like the atmosphere, feels just like the country pubs back home before moving to the area. Today I had the steak sandwich and although it was 90% lettuce, the flavours were good. But I have to say, it's the thinnest piece of steak I've ever had in my life! 1 to 2 mm thick, more like a slice of roast beef? Definitely not worth the money paid for it. The parmys we had last time were just ok too, not twrrible, not amazing. So all in all the atmosphere is good, the food isn't all that

Such a beautiful environment to spend my daughter's 16th birthday. I was a little disappointed when I handed the people behind the counter, my daughter's cake with candles and they returned it back. I never thought to actually ask if they could do that; I've been to lots of restaurants where we have handed in the cake and they have walked out with it with the candles lit. Mind you was pretty busy.
But it didn't dampen our night,
and I'm not complaining either. Other than that the service was wonderful, food was great.
It was an absolutely great night.
As a family, we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Had not been here for a few years. My loss. Took an Emglish senior citizen out for lunch..She enjoyed the back roads route we took, and certainly enjoyed the country atmosphere at the pub. She had steak and i had fish. Both meals were quickly served. Plentiful and tasty

I had the Brisket Pie and it was AMAZING!
They make it from scratch using real beef brisket. I was so full I couldn't even finish all my peas and potato. Amazing taste and good value for money. I definitely would order again!
