My whole experience here was alright, the beds were fine but the rooms in general felt very old. For breakfast the food is what your expect for hotel food, it's fine. For dinner the food tasted fake.

Not recommended at all. We found a Cockroach in our bed, they offered us to change the bed sheets but we requested for a room change. We had spiderwebs on the ceiling too. Breakfast is hugely overpriced for what it offers,with very poor quality and not many food options.
Also, location could be better, you're not in the city centre where all restaurants are.

I imagine that perhaps in the 90s this place would have been pretty hip and happening but unfortunately it's quite dated aesthetically and the public areas are a ghost town which makes the atmosphere a little creepy.

Other than the dated look, rooms were clean and comfortable bedding.

Pool is nice (cooler than other thermal pools in the area), spa jets did not work. It was a lovely outdoor area and they should try and activate by adding a fire pit, serving cocktails by pool, have themed nights etc.

Service was friendly, checkin easy.

Definitely not child friendly.
Definitely not equipped for child under 2. Don't bother putting on additional comments they won't read it. No room service you have to get your own food out.
Bathroom rubber mats had mould on the bottom asked for it to be replaced was replaced with anther mouldy mat. No communication from the staff prior check in about things they didn't have available. Bath room was still quite dirty.
Not cutlery in the rooms.
Restaurant in the hotel only serves limited food not running like it stated it was.
And don't bother complaining cause they only offer discount on food that wasn't exactly healthy for child I was offered fried chicken.
Staff definitely don't get back to you after putting a complaint forward and won't confront you.
No apologies on all the issues that was complained about! Carpet was horrible and dirty. I was so glad to get out of the hotel !!

Definitely won't be returning!

Not a 3 star hotel. Very dated and run down hotel. I got a cockroach in my room, and I'm pretty sure he didn't pay the overpriced room rate. Rusted metal in the bathroom. Light switches behind your pillow. Most services are unavailable, claiming still to be affected by COVID-19. If this was a 2 star hotel I would still recommend staying elsewhere.
