Recently, I experienced a highly concerning incident when the van belonging to the Rotorua Citizens club recklessly cut me off while navigating a roundabout. This driver demonstrated a flagrant disregard for traffic laws by traveling at an excessive speed and neglecting to utilize their indicators for a left turn. Additionally, they made no effort to yield to other vehicles already in the roundabout, causing myself and another driver to abruptly stop in order to avoid a collision. Subsequent attempts to communicate our displeasure were met with dismissive and discourteous gestures from the driver. It is also worth noting that the van in question appears to have a faulty indicator system. As a professional, I find this type of behavior both reprehensible and unacceptable.
