Good place and good drinks. I'm still pretty terrible at the game but even so, I had a good time and was even helped by Gemma when she noticed how terrible I was doing! 10/10 would go again.

Had 1 bad experience in past with PINS. But very impressed by how they responded and improved. Why choose after having bad experiences? Because I have been going there since last 5 years. For that reason I gave it a try and I am happy that they listen to my complaints and took appropriate steps to resolve the issue.
I am happy to going back to the place where I can have fun on weekends.

I keep losing at the gaming lounge but it is quite a luxury one because the jackpot is always so high. The staff are always friendly and helpful, Bowling and gaming things are a big bonus for this place as it is quite entertaining. Plenty of parking and spacious place to have fun also had a pool table.

I highly recommend this place. The service from the staff was great. The place was so clean and the atmosphere was great.

I am absolutely appalled at comments made by the manager about one of the female employees. I was asking for a drink from the bar and instead of saying that the employee was ill or finished , he went into specific detail about her personal sickness !
To top it off , other staff were rude and unhelpful . Our game was stopped multiple times due to technical issues and PINS not resetting. I understand these issues happen but staff took their sweet time assisting us. We will never go back and recommend others don't go with any expectations!
