Needs more parking facilities.

The service I receive and the the smile to match and even a short chat awesome and that's why I've been going there a very long time and intend on going there topnotch all staff

Unimpressed with the service here. Tab Glen Eden is way behind the fast moving digital world. The website told me to go to an 'id verify' branch and that happens to be Glen Eden but when I get there the staff member doesn't know how to do it so just turns me away and says come back tomoro when someone else is there. They need to properly train their staff on the processes! Or even how to order alternatives like other branches etc.
